SWEATSHIRTS & HOODIES

Custom sorority sweatshirts and hoodies

These are the pieces members still own as seniors. A crewneck or a heavyweight hoodie costs more per unit than a tee and gets worn twenty times as often, which makes it the right call for anything meant to last past the semester rather than mark a single day.

Crewneck or hoodie

A garment-dyed crewneck is the preference-round answer and the everyday one — clean silhouette, washed color, no hood to interrupt the print. It is what chapters order when the dress code steps up but a blazer would be absurd.

A heavyweight fleece hoodie is the most expensive piece most chapters buy and the most worn. One good hoodie a year gets more wear than three tees, so if the budget only stretches to one nice thing, this is the one.

Printing on fleece

Fleece takes ink differently from jersey — fine detail softens slightly against the nap. Keep strokes thick, which is what you should be doing anyway, and the print comes back crisp.

A hood interrupts the top of the print area. Center the design lower on a hoodie than you would on a crewneck, or it disappears into the hood seam.

Two ink colors is the target. At 3 or fewer we screen print, which is the thick opaque finish that survives a hundred washes; above 3 the job moves to digital DTF, better for photographic artwork and lighter on the fabric. 2 is where most Greek designs land.

Questions people ask

What is a sorority crew sweatshirt?

A crew sweatshirt is a collarless pullover printed with chapter letters or a chapter design. Garment-dyed versions have a washed, softer color that reads less like promotional apparel. It is the piece chapters order when they want something worn beyond one event.

Are custom sorority hoodies worth the cost?

Per wear, yes. A heavyweight hoodie costs more than a tee and gets worn many times more often over its life. Chapters that order one good hoodie a year usually get more value from it than from three event tees.

Can I order one custom sweatshirt?

There is no minimum order. One piece runs through the same process as eighty, and group pricing starts at six.
