Shipping
We print and ship sorority orders after design review. Rates are calculated at checkout from your ZIP code. Provide an address where packages can be received during normal business hours; request a signature if theft is a concern in your area.
Free shipping
Orders with $300+ merchandise unlock free standard shipping at checkout when that rate is available for your address.
Timing
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for production. We are based in San Diego, CA — East Coast transit often takes about 5 business days. Carrier choice at checkout affects transit time after we ship.
Insurance & couriers
We insure shipments via UPS or FedEx, but we are not responsible for delivery times or mistakes by third-party couriers once packages leave our warehouse.
Tracking
When a label is purchased, tracking appears on your order detail page if you created an account with the same email used at checkout.
