Recruitment apparel is a set, not a shirt: most chapters print one top per round, so the actives are visibly coordinated on each day of rush without wearing the same thing four days running. Two to four designs is typical, and they need to arrive together — order the whole set at once, at least three weeks out.

What to print for each round
Open house is the loud one: letters big, chapter colors, readable from across a room full of people. Philanthropy round usually carries the cause rather than the chapter. Sisterhood round is where a theme design works. Preference round is the quiet one — a crewneck or a plain top with a small mark, because the room does the talking.
Print the same letters in the same font across all four so the set reads as one chapter, and change only the color and the secondary graphic.
Ordering the set
There is no minimum order. One shirt goes through the same process as eighty, and group pricing starts automatically at six pieces (5% off at 6, 8% off at 12, 12% off at 24).
Order every round in one go. Four separate orders placed a week apart is four separate two-week production runs, and the last one will not make it.
Allow a minimum of two weeks for production. That covers ordering the blanks, printing them, and shipping. We print in San Diego, so East Coast delivery usually adds about five business days on top.
Keep the design to 2 ink colors if you can. At 3 colors or fewer we screen print, which is what gives Greek apparel that thick, opaque look that survives a hundred washes. Above 3 colors the job moves to digital DTF, which handles photographic artwork and gradients but sits lighter on the fabric.
